FASCINATION COFFEE

Coffee began its triumphant advance in the 17th century, coming from the Asian region. Gradually coffee has reached the status of a world-wide cult beverage. Today we enjoy coffee not only in its traditional way as "coffee" but we spoil ourselves with espresso, cappuccino, latte macchiato, Viennese coffee and many other varieties.
 

As a coffee machine producer we have to manufacture qualitatively highly developed machines. longside technology the human being is equally necessary to obtain the perfect quality and to transform the "coffee drinking" into "coffee pleasure". Since 1999 M. Schaerer Ltd. is therefore offering several courses for customers in the in-house Coffee Competence Center, on the one hand to introduce them to the basic knowledge of coffee and on the other hand to sensitize on the important components during coffee processing.
 

The courses are hold by recognized specialists, who will take you into the fascinating world of coffee. Under the slogan "from the bean up to the espresso" we will show you everything worth about the cultivation, the harvest, the roasting and finally the preparation.
