The Schaerer Coffee Competence Centre (CCC) – 12 years of training and service

What began more than 12 years ago as an idea for a knowledge and service platform has become the CCC, which offers an ultramodern infrastructure and an extensive course and service program.
 
Schaerer AG is renowned the world over for its first-class fully-automatic coffee machines. Yet the Swiss company does more than focus on technology. With the CCC, Schaerer runs a leading service centre that concentrates on all things coffee, and has been doing so since 2000. 
 
Experienced coffee experts have built up a knowledge base that covers the entire coffee processing chain – green coffee, roasting, preparation – with a special focus on the factors that influence coffee quality. This gave rise to courses, concepts and advise that we provide to our customers and partners as a service.
 
The latest development of Schaerer CCC is the handbook and course entitled "The Perfect Setting", which discusses the effects, settings and interrelationships of coffee machine parameters.
