The most beautiful summer restaurant in Switzerland opened its doors in the middle of 2004 after around 15 years of planning and construction. Ideally located on the bank of the river Aare in Berne, the restaurant represents a perfectly harmonious convergence of modern architecture and urbane lifestyle. With its unmistakable design, the Schaerer Coffee Celebration has also secured its place of honour in the "Schweller" restaurant.
