• Development and implementation of a coffee education trip to the origin (Tanzania) including an intensive coffee programme
• Until 2009 Head of Communications and Training, Probat / Germany; development of a training programme around green coffee, roasting and preparation for the Probat Training Centre
• Since 2010 Head of Marketing and Coffee Competence Centre, Schaerer / Switzerland
