Caffé Latte

Italy is probably home to the world's most famous and beloved coffee culture. In Italy, the day begins with the caffè latte, enjoyed as a breakfast in its own right or with breakfast. The barista proudly vouches for the quality in the cup.



Ingredients

7.5 - 8.5 g of finely ground coffee beans (espresso roast)

25 - 30 ml of hot water (90° - 95° C)

100-150 ml of milk

200 ml of hot milk         

 

Preparation

Pour the espresso into the cup. Then fill the cup with very hot whisked milk (lots of milk and little foam).

Café au lait cup

 

Prerequisite

Whisk the milk.
