
Coffee drinking begins at an early age in Italy – with the latte macchiato. Before sending them off to school, mama prepares her children spotted milk and biscotti.
Ingredients
7.5 - 8.5 g of finely ground coffee beans (espresso roast)
25 - 30 ml of hot water (90° - 95° C)
25 ml of cold milk
Around 150 ml of hot milk (depending on the size of the glass)
Preparation
Pour the cold milk into the glass. Add the hot whisked milk. Prepare the espresso and add it to the glass. Cover the pour hole with a bonnet of milk foam.
