Latte Macchiato Evolution
Why not sit on the sunny side of the terrace (or of life) and sweeten the day? The latte macchiato with fine cocoa is for epicureans who want to experience an extra portion of life's delicacies.

Ingredients
7.5 - 8.5 g of finely ground coffee beans (espresso roast)
25 - 30 ml of hot water (90° - 95° C)
25 ml of cold milk
Around 150 ml of hot milk (depending on the size of the glass)
Cocoa powder

Preparation
Pour the cold milk into the glass. Add the hot whisked milk. Prepare the espresso and add it to the glass. Cover the pour hole with a bonnet of milk foam and top off with a sprinkle of cocoa powder.

Material
Heat-resistant tumbler
Granulated sugar and bar spoon

Prerequisite
Whisk the milk.
