Caramel Macchiato

Along with the espresso and milk, this variation of latte macchiato contains a caramel syrup whose taste bonds with that of the coffee for a harmonious and exquisite whole.



Ingredients

Espresso

25 ml of cold milk

150 ml of hot milk

Caramel syrup

The amounts are variable, depending on the size of the glass.

 

Preparation

Pour the syrup down the inside of the glass. Pour the cold milk into the glass. Pour the whisked hot milk into the glass. Add the milk foam. Prepare the espresso and pour it into the glass. Use a spoon to add a bonnet of milk foam.

Fashionable glass, bar spoon

 

Prerequisite

Whisk the milk.
