The 3 C's

This sweet coffee beverage is a House of Schaerer speciality that was created for the Swiss Barista championships. The clearly recognizable ingredients are added in layers and garnished with cocoa powder and velvety milk foam.



Ingredients
Double espresso (40 ml)
30 ml of cold condensed milk
100 ml of hot milk
Cocoa powder

Preparation
Pour the condensed milk into the glass. Then pour the hot milk into the glass and sprinkle with cocoa. Draw a figure in the cocoa with the frothed milk and carefully pour the double espresso into the glass while making sure to leave the bonnet of milk foam intact.
