Small, strong, black and effective – a concentrated espresso (two-thirds of the normal amount of water) is a ristretto. A delightful follow-up to a fine Southern European dish. 

Ingredients
6.8 - 7.5 g of finely ground espresso
15 - 20 ml of hot water (90 - 95° C)
 
Preparation
Extraction time: 25 - 30 seconds

Granulated sugar
Glass of water
