Caffè Macchiato

The coffee bonbons have made their way into the vernacular: espresso macchiato. Add sugar and the espresso with the little bonnet of milk foam becomes a dessert.



Ingredients
6.8 - 7.5 g of finely ground espresso
25 - 30 ml of hot water (92° - 95° C)
Milk foam
 
Preparation
Pour the espresso into the cup and add the milk foam.
 
Material
Pre-warmed espresso cup
Granulated sugar
Glass of water

Prerequisite
Whisk the milk.
