Market day in Alba. There is nothing that is not available here. From shoelaces to tractors. As the stroll to the marketplace and through the alleys can be tiring, one refreshes oneself at the bar with a marochino. This espresso is garnished with fine milk foam and a sprinkle of cocoa powder.



Ingredients

6.8 - 7.5 g of finely ground espresso

25 - 30 ml of hot water (92° - 95° C)

Milk foam

Cocoa powder

 

Preparation

Pour the espresso into the cup, sprinkle with cocoa powder and add milk foam.

Pre-warmed espresso cup

Granulated sugar

Glass of water

 

Prerequisite

Whisk the milk.
