Caffè Corretto

The so-called corrected espresso receives its aromatic grappa note from a small shot of this famous Italian liqueur.

As an alternative, the espresso can be corrected with a different kind of liqueur.



Ingredients

6.8 - 7.5 g of finely ground espresso

25 - 30 ml of hot water (92° - 95° C)

10 ml of grappa

 

Preparation

Pour the espresso into the cup. Add the grappa.
