Caffè con Panna

A hot aromatic caffè accompanied by the sounds of Eros Ramazotti – Un altra te. You could almost think you were in Italy. Then the waiter (or the barista, as waiters are known in Italy) serves two cups of caffè con panna: jet-black, aromatic, adorned with a little bonnet of cream. One sip, two sips – smiles light up the faces of your guests.



Ingredients

6.8 - 7.5 g of finely ground espresso

25 - 30 ml of hot water (92° - 95° C)

Whipped cream

 

Preparation

Pour the espresso into the cup and adorn with whipped cream.
