Cappuccino Cacao

Classical music fills the high-ceilinged rooms. At the bar, one can observe the agile movements of the barista, the coffee artist. Espresso forms the basis of most coffee specialities. A fine, silky bonnet of milk foam rendered in the form of a heart covers the cappuccino. The experts refer to this as milk art.



Ingredients

7.5 - 8.5 g of finely ground coffee beans (espresso roast)

25 - 30 ml of hot water (90° - 95° C)

100-150 ml of milk

Cocoa powder

 

Preparation

Pour the espresso into the cup, sprinkle with cocoa and top off with hot milk foam.
