The Coffee Soul 10 – the star behind the bar:
The Schaerer Coffee Soul 10 with the 10.4-inch display has a fresh style combined with a linear, functional design. It is a real workhorse and can be used either in a bustling kitchen or behind the bar. Hot & Cold
Coffee brewed hot or served cold? Both are possible thanks to the special Hot & Cold feature. It makes it possible to serve tasty and flavourful cold beverages at any time.

Best Foam^TMThe patented Best Foam™ technology from Schaerer has revolutionised machine coffee preparation and promises barista-level quality. Hot or cold, smooth or creamy and firm: You can create milk specialities your guests will love.

Flavour Point syrup station
The Flavour Point offers even more variety with up to four syrup flavours to give your coffee that certain something.

Twin Milk
Expand your product range by offering two different types of milk, for example whole milk and skim milk (2 x 4.5 l milk containers in the cooling unit).

Additional coffee blends
Offer a choice of coffee blend varieties: install up to three 1200 g bean hoppers (instead of powder), and three corresponding high-precision, slow running grinders. You can choose to have specially cut grinding discs for greater espresso variety.

Powder
Containers for chocolate and milk powder as well as other powder beverages (instead of 3rd grinder) are available in two versions: Individual container for one powder or Twin Topping container with partition for two different powders.

16g and 30g brewing unit

Twin Milk: The external cooling unit offers space for two different types of milk, each with a capacity of 4.5 litres. And shortly before each container is empty, a notification appears. Since the milk is not dispensed through two completely separate systems, cross-contamination is possible.
Backup Milk: Two containers with the same milk. When the first container is empty, the machine automatically switches to the second. This keeps the machine operational and gives you time to refill the first container.

Cup&Cool combines a cup warmer with a milk cooling unit, saving valuable space on the countertop. When a remaining milk quantity of approximately 0.5 litres is reached in either container, the integrated fill level sensor sends a message to the machine. The integrated lighting in white, red, blue and green provide more stylish options on the countertop. Can only be placed on the left next to the machine or as Centre Milk.

The ProCare uses a two-component system in separate bags that is integrated into your system with a compact drawer to save space. Each bag contains 600 g of cleaning agent in powder form, resulting in 6 litres of concentrated cleaning solution. Exchanging the bags is very simple and is without risk for the user.

The illuminated cup warmers are the perfect visual setting for cups and glasses. They warm them to the ideal temperature, so you can serve the prepared coffee specialities with the perfect temperature and taste during daily operations. Thanks to their surfaces made of shatterproof glass and high-quality stainless steel, they are also easy to clean. Can be placed on the left and right next to the machine.

The cup warmers (narrow and wide) are compatible with all Schaerer coffee machines (except the Schaerer Barista).

Paper cups are the classic option for coffee to go. The Schaerer cup dispenser is ideal for self-service mode, can hold three stacks of cups in different sizes and also provides space to store sugar and stirrers. This means cups are always at hand for guests and can be refilled quickly.
