The customers of coffee machine manufacturer Schaerer will in future be supported and advised exclusively by superbly-qualified coffee
specialists. All of its service engineers and sales employees will complete the barista certification offered by the Specialty Coffee Association of Europe (SCAE) by the end of 2009.
