The Schaerer showroom becomes the SEB Professional Experience Centre: For more than ten years, the showroom on the top floor of the Schaerer headquarters in Zuchwil near Solothurn guided visitors through the world of the coffee machine manufacturer. Now the entire area has been extensively renovated and is part of the showroom concept of the French Groupe SEB Group, under whose umbrella Schaerer has been operating since 2016. The new SEB Professional Experience Center shines in a modern industrial style and at the same time has a cosy atmosphere that invites you to linger over a good cup of coffee.

SEB Professional Experience Centre makes Schaerer DNA a holistic experience

Schaerer DNA
It's not just the design that fits here
At the same time, it offers maximum flexibility for different uses and presents Schaerer technologies, innovations and service solutions as well as global coffee trends in exemplary application scenarios. The Schaerer Coffee Competence Centre was and is an important part of this, providing customers and partners with extensive expertise in coffee preparation and machine settings. As part of SEB Professional, Schaerer also exhibits coffee machines from the WMF Professional Coffee Machines and La San Marco brands as well as appliances from the Zummo and Pacojet brands.
Multifunctional space
A meeting zone for employees, customers and visitors and a place where innovation can be experienced: the newly designed SEB Professional Experience Centre is divided in such a way that it offers the ideal space for various events - even if they take place at the same time. Following the renovation, for example, the new large meeting room offers sufficient space for training sessions or presentations with up to 30 participants. The spatial separation allows customers to visit the machine exhibition at the same time or employees to meet in the café area in a relaxed atmosphere - without the guests feeling disturbed by each other.

Take a look at the technology of tomorrow
In addition to the current machine portfolio, Schaerer also deliberately allows visitors to take a look at innovations that have not yet been launched in the Experience Centre. The digital solutions are also presented in a self-explanatory way. Meanwhile, Schaerer presents its extensive range of services in a separate area. If training courses take place in the SEB Pro Café and the CCC Theory area, this area is simply separated off.

Corporate architecture emphasises Schaerer's brand identity
Where previously white surfaces dominated, visitors to the new Experience Centre can expect modern cosiness in an industrial style. Wooden floors, anthracite-coloured furniture, warm lighting and other design elements, as already familiar from the trade fair stand concepts, create a cosy yet modern ambience. Since the Experience Centre opened at the beginning of the year, visitors from all over the world have been fully immersed in the Schaerer world in Zuchwil.
