Efficient milk storage in the smallest of spaces.
The side-mounted cooling units optimize the storage of fresh milk for coffee machines. Available in various sizes, they hold up to 10 liters and can be placed next to or between machines to save space.
The external cooling unit holds up to 10 liters of fresh milk and supplies the Schaerer Coffee Soul 10 and 12 directly during beverage preparation. It can be placed between two machines to save space. For higher capacities, the 2×10 l version is also available as Centre Milk.

The external cooling unit has space for two 4.5 liter milk containers. When the level is low, a message appears for each container. The milk is drawn directly from the unit, which is placed on the side or underneath the machine.
Twin Milk: Two different types of milk can be used. Note: Minimal cross-contamination may occur due to the system not being completely separated.
Backup Milk: Two containers with the same milk. When empty, the system changes automatically - for uninterrupted operation and convenient refilling.

Under-counter cooling unit
Flexible cooling directly under the counter.
The under-counter cooling units offer flexible solutions for storing up to 10 liters of fresh milk. They supply the Schaerer Coffee Soul 10 and 12 directly during preparation and can be integrated under the counter to save space.

The large Schaerer cooling unit is available in three versions: Twin Milk, Backup or Center Milk.
Twin Milk: enables the extension to a second type of milk. There is no switchover to the second container. The corresponding message appears for each container shortly before it is empty.
Backup Milk: Two milk containers with the same milk. As soon as the first container is empty, the machine automatically switches to the second one. This gives you time to refill the first container while the coffee machine is still operational with the second container.
